Welcome to The Perfect Placement (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at https://theperfectplacement.com

(the “Site”) and the recruitment, placement, and staffing introduction services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Site, submitting an application as a candidate, or submitting a placement order or request as a client family or employer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Site or Services.

1. Description of Services

The Perfect Placement operates as a staffing agency connecting clients (“Clients” or “Employers”) seeking domestic or corporate household professionals (including, but not limited to, nannies, newborn care specialists, housekeepers, executive assistants, private chefs, and household managers) with candidate individuals (“Candidates”) seeking employment or engagement.

Important Clarification:

  • Agency Role: The Perfect Placement is a referral and placement agency. We do not directly employ, manage, control, or supervise the Candidates referred through our Services.
  • Employer-Employee Relationship: Any employment agreement or independent contractor arrangement is formed exclusively between the Client and the hired Candidate. The Client is solely responsible for determining employee duties, working hours, tax withholding, payroll, worker’s compensation, and compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.

2. Client Terms & Obligations

2.1 Information Accuracy

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding their household needs, job specifications, schedule requirements, and working conditions when requesting candidate placements.

2.2 Client Fees & Placement Agreements

  • Submitting an order or placement request through our Site or contacting us initiates the referral process.
  • Final Placement Fees, replacement guarantee parameters, and payment timelines are governed by a separate, formal Client Placement Agreement provided directly to the Client prior to candidate hiring.
  • Placement fees become due and payable upon the engagement or hire of any Candidate introduced by The Perfect Placement, whether for full-time, part-time, temporary, or permanent positions.

2.3 Replacement Guarantee

Any replacement guarantees offered by The Perfect Placement are subject to the specific terms set forth in the executed Client Placement Agreement and require full payment of the placement fee within the designated timeframe.

3. Candidate Terms & Obligations

3.1 Application & Vetting Information

Candidates submitting applications through the Site represent and warrant that all information, work experience, certifications (e.g., CPR, early childhood education), references, legal authorization to work, and background details provided are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

3.2 Background Checks & Authorization

Candidates acknowledge and agree that participation in our placement network requires consent to comprehensive background screening, including criminal record checks, DMV record checks, and reference verification, as permitted by applicable law.

3.3 No Guarantee of Placement

Submission of an application does not guarantee interview scheduling, placement, or employment offers with any Client.

4. User Conduct & Website Use
