To qualify for representation with The Perfect Placement we look for those with:

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • At least 2-3 years of consistent work in one household.
  • Fluent enough in English to have a conversation.
  • Fantastic checkable references.
  • Must have a clean criminal background and DMV.
  • CPR certified and shots up to date.
  • Some child development courses, or special training and/or courses.
  • Consistency and longevity in homes, wanting long term placement.
  • If you are fluent in a foreign language, that is a bonus.
  • The ability to travel with a family.
